Overview
Botox is a purified protein derived from the botulinum toxin, produced by the bacterium Clostridium botulinum. Known for its ability to temporarily relax muscles, Botox is widely used in both cosmetic and medical applications.
Number of treatments required
You will see the toxin taking effect over the next two weeks . We request you to come back to clinic for review. To make sure everything has worked and you are happy with the results
Final results will be seen
After 2 weeks we ask you to come back for a review where we can make any adjustments and tweeks, final result then seen in 4 weeks
How long will results last for?
The effects of the toxin can last between 3-4 mths. But everyone is different and sometimes this can be a lot soon or even a little later . We suggest you to come back to clinic one you feel movement has began .
Botox

How Does Botox Work? Botox works by blocking nerve signals to muscles, preventing them from contracting. This temporary muscle paralysis helps reduce wrinkles and treat certain medical conditions.
Cosmetic Uses In cosmetic applications, Botox is primarily used to reduce the appearance of wrinkles, particularly on the forehead, around the eyes (crow's feet), and between the eyebrows. It can also be used for facial contouring, such as lifting the eyebrows, slimming the jawline, and enhancing the lips.
Down time
Down time is 24hr and requires you to have no alcohol intake as this stops the toxin for working , No exercising , and don't keep touching the area treated .
Procedure time
The treatment takes 30-40mins as we have to mark up the face to insure the the results wanted are achieved.
Discomfort level
We use a very small needle to administer the Botox. It’s a tiny scratch and doesn’t require numbing cream .
Resume normal activity's
After 24hrs. After treatment some clients will have small lumps, bruises or mild bleeding and also May have a headache.. We would expect any bruises to go within 14days .
